When you look at our Standard Features insert you will see that most of the items we provide on each and every home are 'options' with other builders. We build each of our homes to meet EPA's Energy Star Program guidelines for an Energy Efficient Home.

The floor plans in our package are just a sample of what we can build. Any of the plans can be changed or custom tailored to fit your individual needs. We can also build from your own plans on our lot or yours!
